Marc Flood started in the Insurance Industry in 1992 with Sentry Insurance.  In 1995 Marc joined Hausmann-Johnson as a commercial insurance specialist and in 2003 was chosen to become a Partner at Hausmann-Johnson.  His main area of focus has been providing risk management and insurance expertise to large commercial clients in Wisconsin.

Firmly believing that insurance products are either the only solution or the least costly solution to managing risk, Marc has pursued Enterprise Risk Management as a tool for businesses to control their total cost of risk.  To that end Marc achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1998 and is currently working to achieve the  Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation.

A long time Madison resident, Marc is very active in the community serving a variety of roles for various not for profit organizations throughout the Madison area.  Marc is married to Kim and they have 3 grown children.  Hobbies and interests include the outdoors, hunting, fishing and raising Labrador Retrievers.
